The Principle of Transformation
If you would like me to guide you as you write, please set yourself up and play the audio.
Otherwise, at the top of your journal page, write the following statement:
The Principle of Transformation:
In order for things to change, I have to do things differently.
In order for things to change, I have to take a new approach.
I commit to trying new ways of being to get to where I want to go.
Now, make a list of the things you want to change.
Is it something about yourself?
Your work? Family? Home? Relationships?
Your workout? Your routine?
Even the clothes you wear?
Why do you want to change these things?
Think about the approach you’ve been taking ~ what isn’t working?
Then, write down a few "new approaches" you could try. Be honest with yourself and keep it realistic.
Remember, sometimes a new approach can be subtle ~ it doesn't have to be dramatic.
If you feel stuck, go back and read (or say) the statement at the top of the page a few times, and reflect on what it truly means.
