  4. What are three things you’re craving right now (whether they’re physical, emotional, or dream-related)?

  5. If you could drop everything and travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

  6. Write about a wild, carefree adventure you had—or one you dream of having.

  7. Describe a time you surprised yourself. What did you do, and how did it make you feel?

  8. Who inspires you to be bold? Write about them.

  9. What’s a secret dream you’ve never told anyone? Why have you kept it to yourself?

  10. Write about the moments when you feel most alive. Where are you? What are you doing?

  11. If you could spend a day with any character (fictional or real, alive or passed), who would it be? Where would you go, and what would you do?

  21. What’s a quality you admire in others that you want to nurture in yourself?

  22. What’s one thing you wish people knew about you but never ask?

  23. What’s your favorite way to spend a Sunday morning? Describe every detail.

  24. What’s something about yourself that makes you feel proud?

  25. Write about the most comfortable place in your home or your favorite cozy spot in the world. What makes it so special?

  26. If you had no limitations—no fear, no constraints—what would your life look like?

  27. What’s the most beautiful thing you’ve seen in nature?

  30. What song always lifts your spirits, and why? Write about how it makes you feel.

  32. What do you think your 80-year-old self would tell you right now? What wisdom would they share?

  33. Quick fire: Write one word for each letter of your name—then let each word inspire a short story, a poem, or a reflection.

  34. When was the last time you did something spontaneous? How did it make you feel?

  35. What’s your favorite thing about the season you’re in right now—both literally and metaphorically?

  36. Put on your favorite song and let your pen dance across the page. Let the music guide your writing. Don’t think—just move with the rhythm. Maybe you'll end up with a doodle, maybe a poem, or something else entirely!
