Revisiting the Principle of Transformation

Revisiting The Principle of Transformation and how we need to take a new approach to reach our goals sometimes, this follow up piece is inspired by Sark's "Succulent Wild Woman".

Sark talks about how "we easily stop ourselves from being too bright, too happy, too successful, too loud, too different, too much! And yet we crave individuality... we want to live our adventures & be seen for our essences"

That's how I think of the folks in this community too... really wanting to shine our lights, yet we often feel we must hide and dim our glow, which in my opinion, is the true root of self sabotage!   So, this is today's writing challenge  (credit to SARK):

  • Who are you after the guests have gone home?

  • Who are you after you take off your makeup and clothes?

  • What do you dream about?

  • Who are you reading?

  • How do you block yourself?

  • What do you allow to get in your way?

  • Who are YOU?

Go for it, make this your most playful writing to date.

Maybe you will write naked, or in your favorite outfit?

Maybe your writing will inspire you to dance under the moon?

Or drink tea from your favorite cherished teacup ....
