General & Core Exercise
General Exercise
The world of movement and exercise is so vast and we are each unique in what we like to do and what is best for our body type. The most important thing is that we find some way of moving, every single day. We should try to walk outside, stretch, breathe well and hopefully dance for fun. Maybe you like to hula-hoop or pogo or hopscotch or maybe you prefer to run, swim, ski, box or hop on one foot. Whatever your way, make it fun and make it regular.
It’s important to distinguish between a healthy “burn” and hurting yourself. It’s good to challenge yourself and push past your comfort zone, but not over-do it. Learning to find that perfect balance in the realm of exercise helps us to learn it in the rest of life too.
Here are a few fun little things you might try. Please be careful.
The Wiggle - This is something I do every day, it really helps to warm and wake me up and shift stagnation. Please improvise and have fun, shaking and wiggling, but if you would like guidance ~

Core
Our core strength is much more important than “six pack abs” - in fact it’s really not about that at all. Having a strong core means having a healthy back, posture and digestive system. Enjoy these videos and tips for gaining core strength.
